Summer is here! And ideally, summer leads to a little more relaxation to help ease stress brought on by schedules, depression, anxiety, lack of sleep and more. Yes…ideally.
Among the many ways that BCPL can help with stress, our fitness classes are a key outlet for releasing tension. The classes can calm your mind, calm your body and eliminate the noise through simple meditations and breathing techniques.
Check out the many options BCPL offers for fitness. Some require a fee and all require registration.
