Overdrive is Making Changes: KLU and Libby Are Adding A PIN

Starting Monday, November 18, KLU/Libby will require a library card number and a PIN number to access your account.

Users will receive a “Verify Card” button prompting you to input your information. This update will lead to a more secure and advanced connection.

Your PIN number is the same PIN used to access “My Account” on bcpl.org and the BCPL App. The default PIN is set using the last 4 digits of the phone number on your account. If you forgot your PIN, please contact us at 859-342-2665, and we will reset your PIN to the default.

This change will bring about exciting upgrades including an automatic move of your holds to a new card number when a replacement card is issued.
