Use the Library to Build Your Fitness Routine!

Let’s make 2022 a year of physical activity and staying healthy! BCPL has a variety of resources to improve your physical fitness routine.


Library Resources

Check out a Fitness Kit containing books, DVD workouts, equipment, and supporting materials relevant to that specific workout.  


Build a high energy playlist for your workout using Freegal or select the BCPL workout playlist.  


Stream Access Video during your workout and catch up on different subjects, including health, history, travel, and more. 


Explore all kinds of Fitness DVDs, from Pilates and weight-training, to Zumba and belly dancing.


Listen to books using the Libby app while working out. Libby users can also download magazines like Runner’s World and Yoga Journal the day they hit the newsstand.
